What are the benefits of creating a My account?

Creating a Chuchi account will enable you to:
– Save and manage your personal information
– Create and share your personal wishlist and bookmarks
-Have a list of your online and store purchases
*Please note that it may take 24—28 hours for these purchases to be seen in the My account
– Track your online orders
– Receive our latest product and event updates
– Have updates on Repairs in-store when you register them with the same account details

Chuchi offers you the possibility to update and modify your account information. To do so, simply log in to your My account, where you will be able to modify your details.
To delete your Chuchi account, please contact our Client Services teams.

Chuchi only offers delivery in the country / region where the order has been placed online or by phone. To see in which countries we deliver, we invite you to change your country / region on the top of the web page.

Should you have forgotten your password, please click on My tab and select “Forgotten your password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
